SCDHC acquired the 10-unit 714 High Street Apartments building in September 2020. SCDHC provides wrap-around supportive services and HUD-approved housing counseling services to residents in our on-site office. Our goal with our services is to provide pathways for individuals to achieve financial and housing independence and work towards homeownership.

The Sandston Plateau Senior Apartments consists of 100 units of supportive rental housing for seniors and has been in operation since 2007. SCDHC provides several resident services at the property, including financial achievement services for seniors and nutrition and wellness counseling.
Townhomes at Warwick Place
Phases I & II
Richmond, va
The Townhomes at Warwick Place I consists of 40 three-bedroom affordable rental townhomes in Richmond’s Southside. SCDHC provides rental and eviction reduction counseling for residents at the property. Residents also have access to SCDHC’s financial and homeownership counseling services to work towards homeownership. The Townhomes at Warwick Place II is expected to be completed in February 2021.
