Fall 2025 - Progress in Petersburg

SCDHC is proud to announce that our new multifamily rental housing project in Petersburg is nearing completion!

The apartments at 712 High Street will provide 12 new, affordable units available for rent, directly adjacent to SCDHC’s apartments at 714 High Street. These units range in their income limits, creating opportunities for residents across the socioeconomic spectrum. Plus, SCDHC’s Petersburg office is located on the first floor of 714 High Street, providing access to our Financial Opportunity Center® program and HUD-certified housing counseling services. Tenants can engage in rental counseling, digital literacy training, employment coaching, income supports coaching, and prepare for homeownership.
